ALL REALTORS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL!! Mike made the anxiety and stress of buying a home while living out of state a breeze! He was very accommodating with our travel schedules to arrange viewings, or even FaceTime walkthrough when we couldn’t make it to town. He helped us learn about the area and gave advise on where we should focus our home search to find the home we were looking for. We gave him a list of needs and wants in our new home and he came through in finding many homes that fit that list. In the blazing fast seller’s market, where homes sell over list price in a day, Mike was able to get us in to see houses as soon as they hit the market. We were able to secure our Orlando dream home and negotiated it under ask and it appraised well over!
