I can’t say enough great things about Mike Long. I have observed quite a few other realtors in the greater Orlando area, and Mike is miles high above the rest! Our initial contact with Mike was exactly a year ago when we had contacted him about one of his listings. Mike immediately stood out, and though that property didn’t work out for us, we decided to work with Mike exclusively to help us in the search for our dream home.

2)Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the Orlando markets. Our housing search spanned a large area – eventually expanding to almost all of Orange County and Mike knew each and every market thoroughly.

4)Mike is a professional through and through and always remained objective in the process. He is also very friendly and a true joy to be around. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him when we asked to see “one more house”. This house hunt ended up being a year long process which would have driven anyone away, but Mike always remained upbeat, encouraging and patient. We also had an extremely complex closing due to financing, but Mike was always so supportive. He is very creative with problem solving, referred us to a great mortgage broker and the two of them made it all happen within an extremely short time line.
