You will not find a better real estate agent then Mike Long! Mike is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, hardworking, and personable. My husband and I worked with Mike to sell our house and purchase a new one. Mike worked harder than we could have ever imagined and made our timeline work perfectly. Mike was at our house within 24 hours of telling him we were ready to list and he had our listing live the day we gave him the okay. He had perfect photos taken and an awesome virtual tour done. We received our first offer within a day or two of being on the market and he had us under contract, on our terms, within a week. Mike was incredibly patient with me as I looked at houses all over central Florida trying to find “the perfect house.” He had great suggestions and recommendations as we toured and helped point out pros and cons we may not have thought about. Mike was always staying on top of new listings and would get us in before some even hit the market. Mike knows the central Florida area so well and helped us check all of our boxes on our new home, which I didn’t think would even be possible. Plus, he handled negotiations so well on our new house. We got a great deal and the house appraised significantly higher than what we paid for it. I cannot say enough good things about Mike Long!
