We have been working with Mike to purchase a home in the highly competitive downtown Orlando area. I would like to comment on his patience level considering how many homes we had slip through our hands. Never one time did he pressure us to go out of OUR comfort zone just to seal the deal. Mike Long sold our property whilst we were away in the UK. He handled all queries and totally handled all actions which would normally be the home owners responsibility. He pointed out things (good and bad) that we missed and could have been an issue. Once we zeroed in on our dream home, he stayed in the middle of the tedious process of taking us through all of the necessary steps and even negotiated some of the necessary repairs and utility start-ups. My wife and I are grateful for his vast knowledge and hard work.
