My husband and I interviewed realtors before listing our home in Lake Nona, FL, and met with Mike not knowing too much about him or his realty company, Watson. He had done his homework on our area, arrived with an impressive marketing strategy to share with us, and hiring him as our realtor was a no-brainer. Throughout the sales process Mike was responsive, timely in getting things scheduled, and marketed our home beautifully. He had great ideas that highlighted the desirability of our neighborhood, and put together awesome materials. He was honest and forthright when it came to being competitive in the marketplace. Luckily, after about 7 weeks we had an offer on our home! We felt that we were in very capable hands with Mike as our realtor. He worked so hard to market and sell our house, and provided us with excellent service during a stressful time in our lives.
